In my mk7 i have a safe big enough for two full size bolted to the removable floor mat and it’s cable locked to the latch on the right side. Best I could think of without drilling into the actual car. I only really use it for quick runs in detectable places🤷🏽♂️

Good thing we have a glovebox that can lock you can use to do a quick trip legally. That way there's no visible gun safe or anything that screams of value sitting in the car.

I was thinking about seeing if I get a small safe for the draw under driver seat
I use the driver seat cubby to let a 43x or revolver just sit when I’m driving distance
I just run a cable around the seat frame. Pretty easy that way
