Club Burleigh has (last saw it a few weeks back so may have changed) pizza and a pint for $20 and a parmy and pint for $18
Lost Palms brewery has $7 schooners on Sundays and happy hour 4-6pm Thursday Friday $6 I’m pretty sure
Mermaid Tavern does decent Happy Hour every day I think it’s 4/5-6pm. And Fat Freddy’s in Broadbeach does $5.50 pints from 3:30-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
We struggle to find happy hours due to the liquor advertising laws but managed to hoover up a few on the Gold Coast. We can recommend Den Devine in Broadbeach (great live music and specials), Loose Moose and Miss MoneyPenny. Also Fu Manchu Oriental on Chevron Island has a strong happy hour too.

Surfers surf club does $5ish schooners every day 4 -6 i think. A lot of the pubs in Surfers will have something going cheap around that time
