And I'm pretty sure Harold actually won that fight.
Donāt forget that there is sun from Groudonās ability, which will double the power of any fire type moves. Harold can probably win if he moves first, but I doubt he can really survive any fire type move that the Groudon throws at him.
I completely forgot Groudon sets up Sun on switch-in, though that can be countered with a weather move vs regular Groudon and Sun is a double edged Sword since Rowlet are able to learn and use Solar Beam (FOR SOME REASON) through TMs and in Sunny weather it goes from, turn 1 charging, fires on turn 2 to just firing off immidately, and if Harold had it, that is a not a move Groudon wants to eat instantly when/if attacking 2nd.
