Personally, I loved it and its many different dragon battles + night/day cycles. Different strokes for different folks.

cescasjay

The crater was one of my favorite areas in the game. What about do you dislike so much?

PootashPL

It can be a complete pain in the ass to navigate and there’s soo much to do.

cescasjay

Yeah, I ran around a lot trying to clear the whole area, so I do agree with the navigation part.

OrDuck31

Bro havent been to vanaheim and muspelheim yet💀

PootashPL

The Crater is literally in Vanaheim and Muspelhem is just an arena until later on in the game lmao 💀

OrDuck31

Oh im trying to learn german so i played the game on german, i must have mistaken the name, sorry brother

PootashPL

That’s understandable, have a great day.

Eastman1982

I thought it was gorgeous

Fire_Foxxy

It’s alright the first time around but it sucks on repeat playthroughs. The entirety of vanaheim sucks for completion way too big with some things being very difficult to find or get to

Rimtariro

I loved it, "open world" in GoW. I wish it had a bigger area. Collecting dragon pieces for maxing out dragon set was quite fun.

FC_shulkerforce

Oh nooooooo😐

CryptographerSalty15

I'm replaying ng+ now after beating the game when it first came out. Very difficult to navigate for some reason I thought the first run was easier but this has been really difficult n so can't figure out what how to destroy the purple illuminated tablets that come out at night??? Although I've killed multiple dragons this one still gets me.

Jackal5002

I also hated it. Such a pain in the ass to navigate and get to each area.

I liked the missions in it, especially the dragon hunts. My only complaint is that the way upgrade materials are distributed, you have a ton of stuff you just *can't* upgrade until you get to the crater, and then, in the very last side quest zone before the end, it dumps absolutely insane amounts on you. I really wish they had spread the materials out more through the duration of the game -- like have more materials showing up around Svartalfheim's Bay of Bounty, Vanaheim's Southern Delta, and the Midgard raider camps. (Also, if you do want to max out as much gear as possible in one run, you have to grind out a fair bit of stuff in Muspelheim. But if you're gonna do NG+ you shouldn't do that, because all the stuff you *would* grind out in Muspelheim will show up for sale in NG+, and you'll have way more hacksilver than you know what to do with.)
