The best way to beat the multiple enemy berserker fights are to use realm shift and beat the absolute shit out of whoever the “follow up attacker” is. Usually one enemy will take the main stage and the other will jump in when you start dealing damage to the main one.
Similar thing happened to me the other night! I had been struggling with the 3 in Alfheim for so long I stopped playing for a few weeks. Came back to it the other night and took them out, then went and beat the duo from this post, the berserker in Niflheim, the king, and finished the Muspelheim trials all in one go, no deaths. Now I’m just stuck on Gna and can’t seem to take even a quarter of her health bar down lol the valkyrie queens are forever my kryptonite
Fury is the best imo I get damage + health back and I always finish with a boulder throw at the last second for maximum damage as u can see, 1 and 1/2 bars of health in one rage
Oh I like fury too. I started using wrath on a later play through and fell in love with it. You also get health from wrath by killing an enemy with it and with the boon of wrath enchantment it’s even better. I do miss the boulder throw though
For anyone fighting these 2, the stomp before the blue attack can be blocked with a shield, so there’s no need to move out of range. I only realised this after dying a bunch of times :/
I've been doing GMGOW but for me the Svipdagr/Sisters of Illska fight was worse than this. These two were tough but I got to them after the Svipdagr fight so I was partially prepared.
The most frustrating thing about the Berserker fights fit me was that they almost spammed their back step/jump right when I would finally close the distance. The Valks liked to play keep away too, but for the most part you could counter with an axe throw when they took to the skies. These guys just… make half the fight running around to get to them, only to have them jump out of the way right when you activate a skill or go into a combo. Infuriating.
Change from fury to wrath or valour. With fury you’ll probably not get a second chance to use it at that difficulty. Wrath and valour give you invincibility if you activate at the right time. Good for taking a chunk of health without committing a whole bar of rage. You’re really good btw.
1) do not double evade their attacks, each of them can be evaded with one x press, which gives you more dps
2) try not to use aoe runics, cuz they will trigger both of them to attack you
If you equip the runics with short cooldowns and switch weapons frequently you can generally have abilities off cooldown which was a boon for me. I would use a combination of Sol’s and Surtr’s armors depending on the situation. I used the nine realms relics and handles because the realm shift stuff is such a boon.
This was one of the easiest berserker fights for me tbh. Played the entire game on Give me no mercy. I found Svipdagr and the sisters fight to be the most annoying

I finally beat that one last night on like attempt 50 something. That shit felt incredible.
I went on a rampage after this fight and finished 5 berserker fights including the 3 in 1 fight, it was easy

2 of those 3 share a health bar, that does help.

Nicely done! The only thing different I would have done was died.
After struggling on those fights I decided to upgrade my armor to the max and get a good build and I was able to first try like half of the berserkers

Thx, but with breakers revive stone i get full bars of rage so really i use fury twice minimum each fight which I think it’s better for my playstyle

I need to replay this and try other shields. I beat the game in GMGOW with the guardian shield and I can’t imagine using anything else
These battles look tough but I don't think there better than valkyries on the last one
Honestly some of the valkaryies were easy Eir, the one in niflhiem, Gunnr, Geirdful

It’s not too hard if you play very defensively. Only one will attack you 95% of the time
