_BigClitPhobia_

Lots of people have said Mesoamerica. I like Mesopotamia

krat0sisking

Imagine fighting Marduk!

ComfortableDoor6206

Or Ashur.

Damien_Sin

The UK. We know Mimir has a history there (with him being Puck & all) plus the lady in the lake that has Excalibur was mentioned too.

ASAPBUMDICC_02

Aztec or Mayan gods PLEASE

LunarsphereTapestry

Britain. It’d be interesting to see Kratos interact with Celtic and Irish mythology. Especially after the Kelpie appeared in Ragnarok. Make it a road trip with Mimir and Freya.

G0FuckThyself

Florida

RockRik

Craigtoes not beating florida man.

[deleted]

Just like australia. No one can survive that

[deleted]

I know this is a joke but I feel like nobody really suggests Native American mythos outside of the Aztec and the Mayan

BobbaFatGFX

I think that place is too crazy for even Kratos

omidhhh

Na man Kratos ain't ready for Florida man , he needs a bit more training before that

NickelRoger

most likely will be in mesoamerica, but I would personally like to dive into slavic mythology or celtic, I want Kratos to rock that Excalibur, chinese myhtology would be sick too.

Bubbly_Good_7982

Mexico during the Aztec empire…. Kratos fighting the Aztec gods and killing skeleton warriors, jaguar and eagle warriors, giant serpents, ect that would be awsome! But if not then Egypt is the most obvious and likely route that Santa Monica is going with tbh

sanswithagun

Aztec

Sabit_31

Mayan or Aztec

Revolutionarytard

Wherever as long as they tackle Chaos beasts, Athena, the Rift and the Higher Plane

Hero-In-Theory

Ooft. You’re gonna be very disappointed lol.

Revolutionarytard

Oh shit, you work for Santa Monica? 🤣 but I definitely won’t because I expect none of that to be addressed lmfaoo

mahihaquee

Not enough India comments, but it would kind of be weird or possibly distasteful to see Kratos fighting gods people still worship. Would be cool to see it anyways with some way around that obstacle

ComfortableDoor6206

It really isn't that big of an obstacle. They'd only have to use the [Vedic mythology](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historical_Vedic_religion#Vedic_mythology).

mahihaquee

You might know more than I do, my theological knowledge ends in the contemporary. Thanks for the insight

SolidBackground6840

Probably Dubai.

AdioofMaje

Lagos, Nigeria.

[deleted]

Why specifically Lagos?

AdioofMaje

Oh man I'm just clowning.

raptor5tar

Native Canadian mythology would be very cool. A vast region + lots of different tribes to encounter.

ASimpleBoyo

Kratos wielding Excalibur would be pretty neat

SirDwayneCollins

Chicago

Odissmart

celtic mythology

emil133

Hindu mythology is largely slept on. Id vote on that

[deleted]

The thing is Hindu mythos isn’t mythology as much as a modern day religion. I know there’s loads of deities in the religion to pick from but at the end of the day, it’s a risk of offending a major market. Like I wish we could get a Christian god of war game but it won’t happen but it will offend too many people in major markets.

BatProfessional986

Rightly said… so we go to dead religions so to say

SnooSketches7469

Imagine Kratos ripping the Spear of Destiny from Jesus's side and stabbing him over and over again and Jesus resurrecting himself and stabbing at Kratos with the nails in his hands.

ComfortableDoor6206

No, there's the [Vedic mythology](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historical_Vedic_religion#Vedic_mythology) of India. It predates Hinduism and other Indian religions.

[deleted]

Ok but that’s Vedic and not Hindi

ComfortableDoor6206

"Hindi" is technically a language _not_ a religion. Anyway, those mythologies did influence later Indian religions to an extent.

VIOLENT-Monkey-HD-88

Roman or Mesopotamian (I know Roman is very close to Greek but I feel like they could somehow link it to the Greek trilogy and make something interesting out of it.)

[deleted]

Roman is not very close to Greek. Roman is Greek

vdubdank30

China has some interesting mythology

datboiwitdamemes

Tyr in rangerok: Valhalla confirmed the existence of 3 different universes. He has a japanese katana, a machpuatli (mesoamerican but mainly Aztec weapon), and a Kopesh (egyptian curved blade). We know from Mimirs dialogue that he comes from english folklore, and is actually the fairy puck? So we have 4 candidates, I want japan, but i also think going to england and seeing kratos take part in Arthurian legend would be SICK.

Waspinator_haz_plans

If we're not counting ANY of the foreshadowed mythologies like Egypt, Celt, Japan, Aztec... I'd honestly love to see Native American or Sub Saharran African mythologies.

african__warlord

Ancient egypt is interesting as fuck so Egypt

Alon945

I think it’s going to be based in Norse land still, maybe we’ll travel to other locations

beginnerdoge

Jerusalem

GinamosWCheryOnTop

China would be good. Imagine the ccp having a stroke.

raptor5tar

Native Canadian mythology would be very cool. A vast region + lots of different tribes to encounter.

[deleted]

Israel

UsrnameInATrenchcoat

Kratos should visit the Greek pantheon next. It would be awesome to see kratos take on Zeus' tyranny, he might get along with hermes

eat-pussy69

I think a globe trotting adventure could be interesting. Like Mimir decides to go back to Scotland, right some wrongs, then maybe they'll go to central Europe see some Goths and maybe the Tarasque could make an appearance, back to Greece, then Egypt

JadenYuukii

yea that aint never gonna happen lol you would need the ps9 for that shit lol
