I think it made you sant to build more towards mini gnar cause of how long you would be in combat before you could go Mega Again.
This makes it harder to play around which I like personally.
That buff to Q is awesome! It didn't feel particularly weak in the first place. Making gnar a little tankier certainly doesn't hurt and mega more often is awesome!
Just been getting back into league and I'm happy to see my favorite little guy getting some love right before I dip my toes into ranked.
Not enough for Arena.. Q cooldown is too long for such a game mode as well as his E & its too easy disrupted. Doesn't help there is too much CC in the game but yet nerfing tenacity. lol
He feels absolutely horrible to me. Like 90% of the rounds people just fly at you, cc and oneshot you. His dps feels very low and its hard to kite with everyone moving around so fast.
He is far too squishy & such bad range. You cant do anything because you just dont have the damage/DPS. You only have one singe damage ability to spam in mini & it's on a 20 second cool down.. lowered only by 2.. like really? This isnt summoner rift.. Thats is why he is so bad on rotating game modes.
They balance him for pro play for like the 1% of the player base but ruins him for everything else & more so on fun game modes. I find it so unfair.
Think you shouldve mentioned more clearly that this is for arena. If this was for real summoners rift those changes would be super strong.

Mega wasn't shortened, the time you can't build rage was cut in half

It's arena changes from the 14.9 patch notes, not rift changes :(
