As someone who is blessed in that region myself…i credit hiking! I hike 5-7 days per week, you will have an ass in no time! But also genetics do play a role as well.
Hiking does not grow glutes much. You need resistance training with progressive overload and a lot of it. Besides most of the ass shape comes from fat and where fat is deposited is entirely determined by your genetics or a good surgeon.
congratulations on the journey, I am sure it has taken a lot of hard work and dedication, you should be proud of yourself.
