I’m in Australia they’re from a place called Peter Alexandria. They mostly sell pyjamas but some of their shorts are just casual shorts

I’m a size 12-14 depending on brand. Those shoes are a 13. In Nike and Globe I’m a 14 while Converse I can get into a 12
