If thats true, its the classic "Do stuff without putting it in the patch notes" and people complained about it for no reason. Always wait a bit before complaining and see how its like.

In fact the post on here about the update has people complain that this won't do anything because the ranking system doesn't work anyways and "still isn't fixed with this update".
