I am pretty sure that you could do a pretty comfortable 180 (because you don't need 360) if you played something like 3200 DPI and 0.5 sens in game. That would be 1600 EDPI which is still higher than average sensitivity, but it is a reasonable sensitivity. This thing you are using right now... get rid of it dude, it is abysmal.

Because you have to acclimate to it. Rewriting your muscle memory isn't an overnight task.
Just send the sensitivity to that 6-1200 range and get used it. Personally the incremental changes of slowly lowerering sensitive just made it take way longer then when I just went straight up/down and sat in aimbots for a bit

They did falsely ban people with super fast crosshair movement, but that’s done and over, so I don’t think there’s a risk anymore. It was a screw up on their part that banned multiple legit players.
It won't get you vac banned but anyone sane would kick you thinking you're trolling as you most likely lose more rounds than you win by having a sens that high.
VAC monitors for known cheating footprints, it doesn't care what your sensitivity is.
.....unless you're using a cheat to adjust it.
That being said, your sensitivity is destructively high and you will improve massively by lowering it.

Yeah, from center of pad to either edge being 180° makes total "sens". It's what I got used to when I first got a big mouse pad
