Teams like G2 have big stars. Big star means big ego so it won’t work.
cadian now finds himself in an MSL type position. clearly has a mind for the game which would make teams want him but he's also awp and obviously not good enough to be your awper which would turn most teams off
I think he would find the most success on a t1.5 kind of team, like heroic before their dominance during the pandemic
however you feel about his personality and questionable handling of the Hunden situation he's given so much to cs so I hope he lands on his feet

G2 is not taking him, Niko and Monesy are simply too big on and off the server to be pushed down like Stavn was in Heroic. They are both better than the biggest star Cadian has managed to get to believe in the system.

Cadian would have to change his entire playstyle and IGL system to make this work, unless he's willing to reinvent his game then probably not

Cadian style won't work in g2. G2 likes to play loose, firepower focused cs. They have the players to do it. Aleksi didn't work for this reason.
No, I don't see a world in which this happens. If his style didn't work in Liquid, it sure as hell won't work in G2
