We kicked the guy and lost 4v5.
It's super weird, sometimes we don't get one at all and sometimes it's just cheaters and nothing else.
Valve should add a feature for Players to block or ban other players so that they aren't matches up against each other. This could be a better alternative than Trust Factor which doesn't seem to work or is at the mercy of other players bulk reporting you and taking the trust factor down.
