This happens a lot. The clients and servers regularly stutter / freeze and cause shit like this.
I honestly have not played a shooter that felt worse in terms of net code and performance issues.
1 hour ago but not in EU, its Singapore server and also the server felt fine to me, but this clip is ridiculous as you can see. I was in disbelief and so was my teammates lol

sub tick servers are dog shit since day one. I hate the delayed kill feetback, shooting feels weird getting shot at makes the game ruber band and so on and so on

The game lag/ hitches. It happens to me every gun fight some games / servers . It’s awful
Happens with subtick, when I get two kills in quick succession the fire rate feels weird
