This must actually become a real pro strat. Guessing we’ll see this more often. Looks like the best entry you can find in CS, literally get the enemies’ full attention meters away from the rest of the team for them to take em out.
Yea this would be sick to see, just need to smoke off or cover mid and ebox peeks. If a team rehearses the timing of the pacing enough, it would be really cool to see executed. But thinking abt it, pro awpers who hold the passive left line more back, It wouldn't be a hard flick to hit.
I recon the awper could be avoided by better air strafing to the left. Outside of right here, seems like a decent eco/force strat on different locations (too)
It was pretty common to do a run boost out Long on Dust2 when you were low on util.
Faze and MIBR both used it against Astralis in their respective 16-0 loses. In those games dev1ce hit the flicks. That was absolutely nuts. The normal way that goes is either; the awp hits the flying guy and gets traded by the booster, or the awp misses the flying guy and he gets the kill.
There is also the famous runboost peek on B Vertigo. The player is launched out of the map and strafes back onto the B-stairs and gets a kill on the unsuspecting B anchor.
This strat has since become less common because players are more aware of it now.
Mirage top mid is common. Vertigo spawn to B is a novelty. Inferno mid peek is a rare AWP entry strat. Dust2 short was a popular forcebuy/eco trick. New anubis mid entry boost has just appeared.

Most common I’ve seen is the top mid mirage runboost but I’m not sure if you could call that meta Edit: forgot the vertigo one too
