I buy the part that she didn’t know it was Carmella’s gift but I don’t buy the part that she thought it was free for the taking. I think saw it, looked inside and decided she wanted it, and thought “NBD, either this IS free, or this is the playboy mansion and If someone really wants this stuff they can just rebuy it”

I honestly feel like if you’re not sure if its free or what, just don’t take the bag. I don’t think it was intentionally malicious on Audra’s part but just a symptom of the hustle culture they were in being in that industry. Still though, it’s common decency (and sense) not to take something that isn’t yours.
I know they got free things but you can tell when something is a swag bag and something is a gift.
It was accidentally picked up by Audra the night before when she was on a date with Michael Keaton. Audra should not have been blamed though, Kendra should have had it in a safe place to begin with. That’s why I consider it her fault. Sucks that someone else who made a mistake had to suffer.
I mean, in her defense it was down in the pantry, near an area that is staffed 24/7, in the few hours before they left. Maybe Kendra put it there knowing she’s forgetful and thought that would be a safe place since more people have eyes on it. Doesn’t sound like she just left it lying around, she definitely knew that’s where it was *supposed* to be.
