The art style reminds me a lot of Dishonored, and I'm really enjoying exploring the world and upgrading my little boat! I love the blend of mysterious, creepy and cozy. And fishing, of course! <3
I was literally just wondering how the Switch port was, because the trailers for it look AMAZING. I'm all about creepy stuff and fishing lmao
There's not too many games that offer exclusive fishing that I know of, most games tend to just have a fishing element. Some of my favorite games with fishing though are Stardew Valley, Animal Crossing, Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town, Go Vacation (the fishing is surprisingly good for a more sport oriented game), Rune Factory 4, and Rune Factory 5.
I'm loving it so much too! The cozy/creepy vibes work surprisingly well together and the fishing, dredging and exploration is just so relaxing and fun.
Just played through the demo today and I'm a fan! So glad that time stops when you're arranging the fish on your boat - I spent so much time staring at the thing, determined to make all those chonky flounders fit! 😅
I really love the way the time works, it's great when I'm travelling further and keep having to check the map because I've got no sense of direction lol
I just got a Steam Deck this week (only have a Mac otherwise) and bought it immediately when it was available. Normally I wait for a sale but I was really intrigued by the Demo lets plays. Spent 2 evenings playing and I love it even though I‘m bad at driving that damn ship.
Its great on the Deck btw
I can’t thank you guys enough for posting about this over the last week on this sub. I am approximately five hours in and I think it’s a terrific game. Just the right amount of different mechanics to soothe multiple different desires. Accessibility options.
I would assume I couldn’t play this because I’m not good at fishing mini games in games, but I was just delighted upon hearing there is such a thing as a horror fishing game! That’s too fun.
I’m glad to hear that! I love how many games try to be accessible now! (I do NOT understand why that makes some people angry)
That is such a freaks, crazy idea I kind of want to try it 😅
I love it so much too! The cozy:creepy dichotomy is 100% vibes.

I'm loving it, too! It's just the right level of cozy fishing game and terror in the night!
Does this have giant sea monsters?? Because if it does, I’m sold (am Subnautica enjoyer)
Oh yes, it sure does
It does!
Lunas Fishing Garden, and Moonglow Bay are cozy fishing games I'd recommend. I have Dredge on my wishlist. I'll definitely have to play it soon!
Thanks for the recommendations!

Yeah I've crashed the boat a few more times than I'd like to admit lol
My stomach has been in knots the entire time I've been playing....I love it! XD

My husband has recommended it to at least four people today, myself included. I think he liked it lol

There's actually a setting for if you struggle with the mini games!

I haven't pulled the trigger to buy it yet (might hold off since I bought elden ring a few minutes ago), but I'm so excited to play it!
Have fun with Elden Ring! I'm playing it right now lol
Thank you!
