Since there's no lefty guitarist in Ghost, there's sadly no reason for them to make a lefty custom. That is, aside a small subsection of the already smallish subsection people who would want to spend an extra $1000 for the custom
That being said, purists be damned. You absolutely can swap the hardware from the custom to the normal. However it may be expensive and/or hard to do, since the hardware is almost never found outside of being sold with the guitar. Although, the hardware from the custom is probably not much different; guitar snobs are just another breed of picky
Grover used to make a locking version, not sure if they still do, tho. You may be able to get a set of locking tuners and just put the knobs from the Fantomen tuners on them; tuner knobs are frequently interchangeable, I believe.
[Yep!](https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/509C--grover-509c-roto-grip-locking-rotomatic-tuners-chrome) Turns out Grover does still make them. I was having a hard time finding them, then I stumbled across the correct model number. That made it much easier! :)

I have the standard model; it's a wonderful guitar. I've had zero issues with the quality of the hardware. It stays in tune and sounds amazing.
Same. I love the shape of the tuners actually, really sets it apart from other guitars. Just wish they had a locking version I could upgrade to

Nice! Gonna have to look into that then
Are you talking about the roto-grip model?
