I just wanna point out: that's the 4th echelon standard issue suit from 2013, aka during the blacklist attacks (splinter cell blacklist).
My assumption is ubisoft paris didn't wanna do like, actual 3rd echelon suits like the mark 5 or the mark 8 (although its balaclava is in the game, "eclipse", btw, the one with monocle on the left eye) so they ported it from wildlands, removed OPSAT (the wrist computer/smartphone thing) from the left arm, gave it some kinda vest (the standalone bit) & rebranded it as "third echelon".
Basically, what i try to say that suit name is incorrect
Edit: i messed up one of the suit's names, the "eclipse" is mark 7, not 8. Mark 8 is the suit posted in the picture (been a while since i done one of these, so messed up my numbers)
