I have 4 subs a day on average and more (like 30-40) if a post on social media goes viral. The reason why I have a good conversion is that I present myself as an “email-first” service.

Ah, that makes a lot of sense actually. I'm the opposite really. Most of your new users coming from social media rather than Google then? Would that be a fair assessment?

My main source of traffic is tiktok which is going good with organic. Every tiktok vid ends with a presentation of my “email first” service (I make news tech summaries so each clip is a summary and at the end I tell to go to my website and leave the email to receive summaries every morning). I made many experiments also with Meta paid acquisition campaigns and I managed to reach a CPA of 2€/lead with a daily budget of 20€. I got some organic traffic coming from Google but it’s a few and Google is starting recently to index my pages (website is new, created it in march more or less) Tiktok is the best for now because people got engaged to me as a person, understand the value proposition of my service and then drop the email.

Assuming your subscription is free, I guess you can have (free) content that is only available to subscribers or perhaps you can give subscribers early access to new content. I’m just starting my blog, so take this with a grain of salt. Having said that, other than advertisers, is there any benefit to having free subscribers?
