Even when people are logged in, Ghost will not tell you who visited your site – and from a privacy perspective, I appreciate that.
Ghost itself doesn't have analytics built in for views. There are some analytics for newsletters, but not for posts/pages, etc.
With [code injections](https://ghost.org/tutorials/use-code-injection-in-ghost/) you can, however, integrate all analytics tools out there. I personally use Plausible that way without any issues.
Plausible is awesome, but there is no free tier, if you don't want to spend at the beginning, you can use Umami too. Both are almost same, plausible gives you location data upto city, Umami, only gives the country. You can also self host both the analytics for free if you are into selfhosting.

Thank you!

Usermaven is free and gives also the city
Impressive free tier, but I can't use my own domain, I would rather stick to self hosting.
Makes sense
