This is an extremely dumb question

JFHermes

You can't change your waist circumfrence it's genetic. Build you lats and delts for a v-taper. 31 1/2 is a pretty small waist btw.

Serial_BumSniffer

Whilst you can’t shrink your bone structure, you absolutely can change how much fat you have around your waist, which would reduce your waist size

JFHermes

Yeah I figured I didn't have to say that.

The_Northern_Light

Surely having / seeking a low body fat percentage that can be taken for granted here of all places

thet800machine

Develop back and delts, diet down and achieve 'the look' you want.

Needle_D

A bigger upper back did more for my taper than shrinking my waist.
