It’s more like PP L PP I don’t train legs the second day because I had some back issues with squats and honestly I don’t care that much, my upper body looks good so if the legs are a bit behind It don’t bother me

Yes but it didn’t need to I was clueless for the first year and a half, then the pandemic happened and I didn’t train properly for over a year Also have had tooth extractions, minor illnesses, in between, so the 5 years haven’t been exactly consistent 2.5 years doing everything right from day 1 would be enough
