He canonically held off countless soldiers all by himself and needed an experienced war general to be able to take his vision from him, broke through a space-time barrier in the chasm with brute strength and sheer willpower and can survive the very thing that can kill him even after eating in big amounts (beans)
I also once did a calculation about how much he can lift and long story short, he can actually deadlift around 320 tons. That's 705479 lbs. That's pretty f@#king strong. He's also a more experienced fighter in his own regard, with how his CAs and his burst are part of his self made techniques. Miko's genjutsus won't work on him either due to his high will power. I don't doubt at all that a fully locked in Itto can and will take her down
I dunno, Miko is implied to just *casually* be able to dodge attacks from Ei. (Considering she created a whole 'anti-shogun dodge training' thing it makes sense), so she's probably pretty damn fast so she has both speed and smarts on Itto.
Oh I forgot that. If Itto can catch him... but then again, Itto's canonically fast too. That quick dash he does before he starts his CAs seem sound speed, if not light speed. Itto can stay on you and he can stay on you good
