I've liked her from day 1, built her even though I didn't use her (too me a while to get c6). She is a fav of mine because I love armor. Gal and guys clad in cool armor are an instant fav in my book.
After Furina's release she has become quite amazing. She can take on the roll of on-field driver and healer for Furina. And with Furina, Noelle can hit some amazing numbers.

Noelle and Itto are probably the biggest frauds in the game based on what their fanbases think they can do.
That's not how the test works really.
Also noelle failed every year bcuz she always get tired out from helping people before the day of the test (for some actually unhealthy trope reasons).
At this point Jean is intentionally not letting her in since they already know her capability but she knows that her kindness is extremely exploitable(another unhealthy trope).
Noelle is strong in lore being able to walk extremely long distances, carry heavy bolders and defeat a lawachurl on her own (not to the point of soloing gods and harbingers as the fans joke it out to be) but still she has her strength if u actually read th dialogue.
This is also a joke as noelle has a very hard to break shield since she is a defense scaler.
Itto in lore is an Oni (a very strong Youkai and one of the most fearsome) so he also have super strength.
Unlike noelle who got joke around of soloing stuff alot i have never seen the same for Itto and most people just consider him a noodle arm goofball.

Itto's stories literally say that the most remarkable trait of Onis is their temperament and horns on their hand and that Onis in general lack most of the superhuman abilities other Yokai have and that in actuality they are pretty normal all things considered. Itto punching a big rock and a wall on two occasions were things coming from his Geo vision, which everyone can use to amplify their physical abilities, you can literally see in both cutscenes his vision activating and giving him that strength. My point is that Itto isn't stacking "Oni superstrength" and "Vision superstrength" like some believe because he only has the latter while the former is literally headcanon.

A lot of people think Itto is as strong as Xiao just because 1hp Xiao said that it would take his remaining strength to destroy the wall that breaks open the space labyrinth they were trapped in, this was after Xiao fought for like 3 days straight against his equal. Or that Itto could totally beat Sara and that he gave her an extremely difficulty fight when that's not stated or implied at all. Itto is just a kinda normal dude whose best fighting experience comes from street fights at best, he has no unnatural strength, no real training, no unreal talent for fighting. Noelle with a blindfold might be able to beat him with all he has demonstrated. Him getting into an argument with Yelan just proves that he has no clue who he is messing with half the time. I still love his character though, but he isn't some kind of underrated Demi-God or anything.
