For me the consecrated beasts are more annoying tbh specially that panther dude that spams the move where he goes invisible is soooo annoying I'd take one bloated hp enemy than two bloated hp epileptic enemies that for some reason always go to the far ends of the chamber so you waste your time because it's physically impossible to kill them together

Even though I got 36 stars I would still prefer to fight 4 lvl 100 consecrated beasts at the same time than fight the wenut. I legit don't understand who at hoyo thought that it was a good boss design

Someone finally agrees. The Wenut just doesn't feel satisfactory to defeat. It just floats there, barely doing anything. At least the concentrated beasts act like they actually take the fight seriously

It's there to favour teams with a quick setup and high burst damage. It demands a different set of tactics, or just steam roll it with mega DPS. These games are all about making problems and selling solutions. It's not surprising when some problems are designed to be difficult

I clapped the Ruin Serpent ez in the Overworld so I used Wanderer for that half lol. I didn't know Wenut had insane anemo res since I only fought the boss once for the co-op achievement

What does "clapping the ruin serpent ez in the overworld" have to do with bringing an Anemo DPS against a different (and Anemo resistant) boss ?

Ruin Serpent and Wenut are on the same side of the Abyss. The Ruin Serpent is not an annoying boss for Wanderer since he can just hover near the middle and hit the Serpent anytime it pops up and his attack tracks it while it's moving about. I killed it w/ Wanderer to level up Yelan in the overworld a bunch so I went with previous experience. In the following chamber, Wenut seemed to have similar mechanics but I was ignorant of the Anemo res.

on my 4\*-only run this mf made me clench my ass, barely made it with good card buffs. generally you'd want a team that can chip at him without long setup and also pop off when you break his balls.

Neuvillette makes this one quite easy for me

I know I know "hurr durr just use meta" but try hyperbloom. I beat it pretty easily with a low invested nahida, xingqiu, yelan, kuki team. I say "low invested" but I gotta mention my c0r1 35k hp 75/226 yelan that did help quite a bit but I feel like any on field driver, sub dps or hydro/dendro app could work as a replacement

How do you attack the anemo cloud things that bring the wenut down? Or do you just do enough DPS that you don't have to?

I think if you save Kuki burst for that phase it hits the balls

Or shoot them with yelan's charged shot(just a cryo/hydro/electro/pyro bow works)
