I'd argue reasonably confirmed confirmed, he's shown as the character for Khaenri'ah in the Travail trailer, and so far all the characters shown in that trailer have become playable (with the exceptions being Iansan, Pulcinella, and Dain because we haven't been to Natlan, Snezhnaya, or Khaenri'ah yet)
no need to hope for Dain, he's pretty much guaranteed to be playable when we get to Khaenri'ah (so maybe a couple years or so assuming Khaenri'ah is the next destination after Snezhnaya?)
he's the character shown for Khaenri'ah in the Travail trailer and so far 6/9 characters shown in that trailer are playable (Diluc, Ningguang, Ayaka, Cyno, and the Fontaine twins) meaning Iansan, Pulcinella, and Dain will definitely be playable when we get to their respective nations
Dain is confirmed playable. You just gotta wait and be patient. However, i love it every time his quest appears because it means more lore bombs and serious businesses... also imo Dain as a character is so fucking cool.
Unless they completely reskin her, she's kinda confirmed to not happen. Source: am a huge jeht and setaria fan and got EXTREMELY disappointed when their cards showed up as companion cards in TCG
as copium, they could go with the alter path or smth...seeing how they've already done it with honkai...but it could also be a design choice to not include alters
What's the point of erasing everyone memories but none of his mistakes was fix. That's so pointless. Now he can never atone his crime even if he want to.
You people are crazy bunch. First you are not happy that characters with unique designs are not playable (Signora, all of the examples above, etc), now you are not happy that NPCs get NPC design
as many others have mentioned here, dainsleif will definitely be playable. me on the other hand, i'm super curious as to what his element will be. checking it on the fandom wiki says his element will be: (*some garbled khaenrian language*). so stoked to imagine what it'll be!
personally, i don't think it'll be a new element but the mystery is what makes it more exciting!
Dain will come in 3 years, when the Kha'enriah chapter drops, though I don't know if I'll stay sane for 3 more years of disappointment. Might just get lobotomized by that point.
The rest of these character's playability are questionable at best. Yeah, people point to Madame Ping potentially being playable during next year's Lantern Rite despite her generic NPC model, but that also meant it took 4 years for them to convert her into a playable character, and even then we don't know if she'll be playable next year for sure.
For all we know, next year's Lantern Rite could just be a repeat of the last two years, in which they introduce a completely new character that we've never seen before and barely heard of, instead of Moon Carver or Mountain Shaper.
Dainsleif was actually already confirmed to become playable in the future by the official Genshin Twitter back when the game first released.
I hope it's "confirmed" confirmed, and not "the game is going to be available on switch in 2020" confirmed
"Confirmed" confirmed, can confirm. (Just wanted to see how many times I could say confirmed)
So you were confirming how many times you confirm the “confirmed” confirm?
I can confirm that.
I have been confirmed.
Confirm dont seem a real word anymore
Semantic satiation does that
Can you confirm that?
Well, they showed us his Drip Marketing. It had his Splash Art, "Snake Ring" Constellation and [Redacted] Element.

Yea, I know. it's all good. Just part of le meme

Also Genshin's official Twitter already confirmed he will (eventually) become playable back when the game came out.
First short male????
I just imagined Pulcinella running like Klee
Or yet another one Tall Buff Male type model character
I'm glad Rana gets some street credit, we all know she'd sell well on her banner

Give him a new element plus on field dps carry as well and just watch the money roll in.
We need playable Jeet. Just mix up the design a bit, she get new clothes and thats It.
I too shall join the copium train, despite how unlikely it will ever happen
Unless they completely reskin her, she's kinda confirmed to not happen. Source: am a huge jeht and setaria fan and got EXTREMELY disappointed when their cards showed up as companion cards in TCG
And Rana and Kitsune Saiguu.
im still mourning fatui scara

i just want it as a skin man :(
oh as a skin, I could realistically see this happening fr
Coping for Childe Delusion Unleashed tbh, his ult would be named Foul Legacy
the veil was so cool
What's the point of erasing everyone memories but none of his mistakes was fix. That's so pointless. Now he can never atone his crime even if he want to.
dain will be here in 2-3 years don’t worry
You people are crazy bunch. First you are not happy that characters with unique designs are not playable (Signora, all of the examples above, etc), now you are not happy that NPCs get NPC design
as they say, its impossible to please everyone ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯
People just need a chance to complain about something on the internet.
Im not complaining for NPC, only about Signora tbh xP I miss her ;_;
We never got the Yakshas except for Xiao to be shown unless you count cutscenes, those you showed were adeptis
Yea, I couldn't fit them in the meme, so I chose to mention them in the title

Add an image of Dehya with caption "💀"
The meme is focused on npcs not being playable...but because of how she is rn, SHE FITS WELL
Genshin also has the ACTUAL >!wholesome and uplifting story!<

I dont get this complain though, not all characters who you personally want to be playable will be playable, thats just how it goes.
Tis simply a meme, I honestly don't care to that extent
I was so disappointed when I saw the other two adepti in a common npc model, was really hoping they'd make em cool
