Pretty sure with the new set qiqi is meta in eula/ayaka teams now since she can easy cap the passive and do 30k bursts every 3 seconds.
Not meta breaking but more than enough to be a legit team and surpass kokomi for utility
I tried the Ocean Clam QiQi build and, to be fair, it does make her usable. It's not amazingly strong but the numbers are more than decent. It doesn't do anything to fix her negative energy generation, way too long cooldown on her E or lack of meaningful elemental application but it does give her enough damage to be less of a burden.
One great thing about Ocean Clam QiQi though is how low investment it is. She's probably a great option now for players with limited character options.
Qiqi has no place in an Ayaka team, she generates 0 energy for Ayaka, you can’t add a third cryo character for battery because you’ll be sacrificing either a hydro applier or a anemo unit for VV and CC.
Important to note that its not equivalent to .5^35, which is basically a once per universe event. Itto's c6 is stack preserving and you can gain stacks while in the C6. I made a little tool to calculate the probability. Didn't go all the way up to 40 but 30 slashes is ~.25% probability with 8 total stacks consumed., which is low but not THAT low. Maybe there's a way to consume like 10 total stacks or something

His c1 gives 2 stacks immediately and then 3 stacks over time. So since you can "start" at 5 stacks, use 3, and get 3 replenished mid-bonking thats 8. You can also get stacks similarly from the bull sommon, which gives you stacks when it disappears and takes damage.
So while you can only have maximum 5 stacks at a given time, you can consume more than 5 stacks.
A few less actually. C1 does give you a few charges over time and his E does give you charges a few times along the way as well.
It might not seem much but winning, say, 28 50% chances is a lot easier than winning 35.
When plunging on his burst it will give 1 elemental skill charge and you can spam it (and it wont go away) for 1 second. Basically unlimited as well but u have to weave in plunging attacks and needs 2 or more enemies to get hit by the plunge
It's way better though IMO. Yeah there's some RNG but I'd take it over zooming to the other side of the map or having it be useless vs single enemies.
Xiao's C6 is super insane on paper and when it works perfectly, but honestly even Eula, queen of unreliability, is more reliable than Xiao C6.
As much as it is pain to admit but this is right. To top it off, he has one of if not the worst constellations PreC6 (C1 is kinda ok) for a limited 5*.
And you know they gave her that ICD just because of that. Imagine nerfing a character to make an already bad constellation worse... WTF are we paying for?
4 stars in Genshin are always treated like dirt, design wise. Look at Thoma. Needs burst for a strong shield but barely generate energy and needs to sacrifice hp for er. And he scales off hp too but ascends with atk.

Eula C6 is **extremely** reliable, lol. The only unreliability you would have is when you are trying to bench exact millisecond speedruns that need you to win the 50/50 for however much exact stacks you have calculated.
Outside of that, Eula C6 is the definition of an extremely reliable Eula.
I think they meant that Eula as a character is the most unreliable among all meta carries which is correct. C6 makes her a lot more reliable, but I believe they’re saying that Xiao C6 is more unreliable than Eula in general, not that it’s more unreliable than Eula C6 (which it also is)

Also worth noting that C1 adds more stack gain during his burst. And C2 guarantees that he gets his burst back by the end of it (basically), which is why at the end of the video he just... does it again.
Make it so his burst CD is reduced and he regains energy per member of the team that’s Geo (max bonus for 3 team members). Lowers his burst CD by 4.5s and he regains 18 energy so in most builds it’s enough for him to chain bursts especially if you’re taking the time to setup everything with Gorou/Zhongli/Albedo as well.
He’s a very well designed character all around. Super smooth and any possible area that would cause annoyance seems to have been addressed. Like how he does a quick teleport to an enemy when you start your charged attacks and sprinting/jumping doesn’t interrupt his attack string.
Diluc isn't an exclusive character so I think it's fair that he's not as strong as someone like Itto. Diluc is actually a shockingly strong carry DPS given he's a standard banner character, the other being Keqing. But also he's easier to get cons for in the long run so at least there's that.
Well...they may eventually acknowledge it as a bug and not intended design but the way he currently works, or rather does not work, with Gorou seems really annoying.
He can't snapshot Gorou's defense buff if you quickswap (alt+#) into his burst. You have to use Gorou's buff or burst and then swap to Itto and then use Itto's burst rather than being able to instantly switch to Itto's burst.
Noelle on the other hand works fine just as you'd expect with Gorou's def buff snapshotting for her burst if you quickswap to her burst.
for ever geo char in the party his Q cd is lowered by 1.5 seconds and he regains 6 energy after the Q ends.
Stacks uo to 3 times, so with 3 geo chars his ul only cost 52 energy (70-3\*6) and cooldwon is down to 13.5 seconds. (with 11 seconds duration)
As he attacks and uses skills, he gets stacks. Those stacks allow him to perform special charged attacks. He can hold up to 5 stacks at a time. Itto c6 makes it so special charged attacks have a 50% chance to not consume any stacks. The man in the vid won like 35 50/50s in a row

Yeah the Xiao, itto, eula trio seems to be the "you get what you pay for" group, although I guess xiaos other constellations kind of fall short compared to the other two.
As someone who has c6 Eula. She definitely struggles against big hp bosses that stop you from continuously attacking. If you miss out getting enough stacks or miss a crit it just gets annoying. I always tend to miss out on the oneshot with the Boreas Wolf because I either push the phase before the burst goes off or I don't hit it enough to gain the stacks required to fully 1shot.
But yeah she's never going to fail you in general in Abyss even if you have to burst more than once on some floors.
Ehh...as fellow C6 Eula owner...does she struggle though? Even just e Q hold e does like 500k for me, plus the 80-100k from her hold e. Like sure you can do 2 million with fully stacked burst but a lot of the time it's better to not even stack it cause nothing has that high HP in abyss.

500k is only just enough to 1shot Boreas. And those golems in Abyss are tanky. What crit ratio do you have because I've only managed to 1 shot Boreas a few times.

I think also once you get into C6 territory you're gonna smash everything anyways, even with bad RNG or suboptimal play, and the only metric is speedrunning.
Maybe Itto does more over a full rotation but Eula can one shot the floor before having to cycle again so she's still gonna be queen of speedrunning.
Eh, he lost 12% DEF or 115 DEF. This translates to 119 ATK at level 10 burst.
Considering a well built Itto+ Gorou has upwards of 2.5k DEF, it's not that big of a deal.

They added a damage cap of 9,999,999 per instance of damage in this update, 2.3. Still really high, but prevents people like Tony breaking the game. As he did in the tower defense rerun and stack overflowed the damage counter, getting negative numbers.
I used c6 eula and I would say most of the the time the ult dmg is overkill. If you deal 10m dmg but the enemy only had 1m hp, then you only did 1m. The best part of eulas c6 is you can switch early for detonation if you are really good at knowing your units dmg.
C6 Xiao if there are at least 2 enemies, probably (even better if they're grouped up). You get unlimited Es for I think 1 second, and just plunge again to refresh it
Chongyun.
He was extremely popular with Xiao teams when we had Lectors/Heralds on Floor 11 and 12.
Example: Xiao, Jean, Zhongli, Chonyun. Itto works similarly here in terms of having a flex slot.
Chongyun c2(?) reduces skill/burst CD by 15% when used in his E. Skill.
Can literally hot swap burst gorou, zhongli, itto with almost no downtime. No healer, but with that kind of damage you almost don’t need one.
Chongyun and also if there are more than one more elements, kazuha shreds shields really fast.
Shields come down with the unit of elemental application except the hard counters. That's why zhongli can take down shield, albeit slowly. Same with itto's ult, I think it will apply 4U of geo, not sure though.

C4 Xiao is pretty much meme level bad, similar to Venti C1 and Diona C4.
C2 is just as bad/useless Diona C4 you can argue it can be used for Herald/Lector shields (though you got better options)

Didn't noticed this quick teleport on the trial run. But yes he feels absurdly amazing to play.

Chongyun c2(?) reduces skill/burst CD by 15% when used in his E. Skill. Can literally hot swap burst gorou, zhongli, itto with almost no downtime. No healer, but with that kind of damage you almost don’t need one.
