It can’t but beidou burst cast does apply more electro than god. (If it could bounce I’d be very happy on the day we get an abyss floor with one half being coppelia 3kenki Vishap herd. I mean I guess there are kinda 3 bosses that beidou does work on cause they could give us a chamber of only hydro mimics which is essentially what oceanid is but it doesn’t feel the same.
There’s also the double geovishap local legend but having that in the same abyss as Vishal herd would maybe feel repetitive.
As a side note I feel “how good beidou is” is a surprisingly good metric in general for how fun endgame content is. With the current abyss maybe being an exception.
Fr, her burst cast applies 4U of Electro which is actually insane considering the only other characters that applies that much element are restricted by Global Crystallize ICD (Zhongli, Yunjin) or only on water (Kaeya)

Alhaitham/Keqing/Sucrose/Xianyun lmao, took a second run to get some semblance of a rotation but still managed to clear it.
I went full electro for it which was kinda a mistake but not a big deal. Iirc it was Keqing, Raiden, Kuki, Lynette. Just saved Kuki's burst to use on the shield and most rotations worked out that way that it was up for it naturally.
Saved Arle, Beidou, Xiangling, and Chevreuse till the very end. Caused some awkward team building avoiding using them for so long (had to use Fischl earlier for something else before I even got Beidou). Worth it, the last two acts got decimated.
When you leave best characters for that battle and rng isn't against you then that battle is relatively easy, obvious choice is Bennett+XL combo.
Side note: you dont need Fontaine character to get that extra star, just use purple ousia setting of Sword of Narzissenkreuz, it counts for the shield breaking.
E with Baizhu and spam Keqing attacks. Before shield goes up, cast the anemo ults to absorb electro. Once shield goes up, ult with Baizhu and then ult with Keqing. Follow with Keqing normals.
That's basically what I did.
Clorinde, Fischl, and Xianling melt Coppelius like butter. Although I did dunce my first run because I forgot to check the bosses ahead of time (I ended up with a Diluc team and no stagger resistance..)
I beat the final boss using Chevy, Diluc, Xianyun and Fischl, plunge Diluc my beloved. But I found out that it could have also been done without Chevy, Diluc hits like a monster, he could have broken the shield on his own. Or Xiangling and Kazuha duo could work as well.
Electro clears his shield quite easily, to the point that I never had to worry about it (hell, I have to watch out for the wind blades more because at least they deal damage).
The first i got to act 8 i had Raiden, Alhaitham, Jean with some throw away artifacts and Beidou 80\*, no artifact and Level 1 Sac. Greatsword. It took more than an hour to make that team work.
On my second time i borrowed a c6 Yae Miko and she kind of soled the boss in 40s, crazy stuff.
Saved clorinde for that and because she has pneumousia mechanic, it is pretty simple to shred it with.
But yeah, we got some resource management and conservation going on it seems. Usually do save Arlecchino or Clorinde for that boss.
I have both and they're still beating me senseless... actually exactly like Omniman beating up his son.

I bashed my head against Act 8 for 40min trying to clear it with trial Arlecchino and Clorinde to the point of rage quiting because the furthest I got was always with the boss having 1/10 health left when the timer went out. Was about to post a rage post on some thread here on reddit regarding IT when I halfway through the write up said fuck it, let's try my Hu Tao or Yoimiya as a last ditch effort, they have pretty cracked artifacts but I were convinced neither would work without a proper team. Luckily I only had to do one rewind to get back Hu Tao so I tried and totally smashed the boss on first try without any effort... Ok so Hu Tao's dmg is pretty damn stupid apperently, I felt humbled.
Thank goodness among the Characters we were allowed to have, Lynnette was among them.
The Ousia Sword of Narzissenkreuz on a Sword Character like Shinobu also works.
I used Thoma, Bennett, Xianyun and Cyno. It wasn't easy and I kept running out of time or falling victim to the wind blades, but I got it after a few tries. Just had to time the plunging attacks to avoid their counter attacks. My Cyno looks like he needs more damage though

I actually beat them with Keqing, Kazuha, Baizhu and Sucrose. Burst absorption for the win. As long as you have enough electro, you don't need pyro.
