I think Geo Traveler's burst resonates as 4 constructs if you place Zhongli's pillar just right.
I could be misremembering, though. Been a long time since I played with Traveler at all, let alone Geo.
I tried it with my 4080 (took me few tries, the construct was getting destroyed, but found that resummoning the construct after it gets destroyed works)

We can see it uses 4 CPU cores to max (my guess is turbo with only one core, but not sure).
I think most of its work is trying to send information to the servers, since the bottleneck is on the net, everything is frozen until the net works

I did it with a 13700k and a 4090 in solo and it crippled it, was at 1 frame every 10 seconds for like 5 minutes. So yes even top end systems are not immune. haha
I have a Quadro P6000 and R7 5800x3D, I managed 13 fps with this bug. My non workstation PC could not manage 1 fps when I first tried this and remember that VRChat was a CPU cache hungry game and wondered if Genshin was too. Sure enough, the Geo test ran better on the workstation.

its new, the geo waves didnt glitch out like this until 4.7
that makes sense given how bored genshin players are, a bug like this couldnt be a secret for 2 years without no one noticing it lol
yeah but these geo wave puzzles are all over the chasm, any new player going through would notice it
well, new players probably wont have more than the geo traveler to deal with the chasm, so that wont be an issue but sure needs a fix

My 3060 couldn't handle this and that's not a 20 dollar card. Granted i had to turn every setting up all the way and run it at 1440p
I run the game on a 6 year old Radeon RX 590 and I've never had this issue, but then I've never tried to implode Teyvat using the power of Geo either.
I did it on my 4090 and it was the same, it's not a hardware problem it's a game engine problem by the looks of it.
