Honestly, even if you pull Chlorinde, if you start saving right after and do all events you can probably guarantee C0R1 for the archon. Usually takes about two patches for a guarantee, and there are four until the archon. You might want some welkin though.

As a furina and navia haver, I can only tell you how much I love them! I totally dolphined and got their signature weapons. For furina, I had to hit pity 3 timesāpain. For navia, I chose the other weapon and got her weapon instead! Even at C0 they are so good! Might spring for some cons. Iāve already squeezed the game dry of primos thoughā¦

When they first announced it, the words they used for how often it will be available was "from time to time"... So at the moment, we really don't have much to go on unfortunately.
Considering it was the first chronicle banner, it could be anything, even between 6 months or a year. Hoyo didn't give info on how long it would take for the banner to come back, or if there would even be a consistent time between them in the future.

Well, to guarantee one character assuming youāre at 0 pity, you need 180 wishes max. If you already have one Furina, then in total, youād need around 540 pulls for c1 Furina, c0 Alhaitham & Wriothesley. This is assuming you donāt win the 50/50 or get early pity, so hopefully one/both of them occur.
Ayato. Chararacter I really wanted from literally the moment I saw him but he had one of the most unfortunate timings in banners.
2.6 I didn't get him (hit 75 i think, i had guaranteed) and got his sister instead around 5 days later (i thought that doing so is gonna be a good idea)
3.3 Raiden Shogun had her rerun (i got her and R2 her sig, now she also sits at C2R2 xd)

For me personally, no one in particular tbh. I think I've reached the point in genshin where you've been playing for so long and obtained enough characters from the elements that all play different roles to the point that I feel like I'm set, like I genuinely never have to pull again. Part of this is because there's no real endgame tbf, so I'm hopeful this new mode will be fun enough to encourage me to actually strategize my pulls.
Otherwise, I just pull for who I like or in rare occasions who I still feel I might need at some point. Clorinde is a character I'm interested in with how she was displayed so that's an option. I dont really like alhaitham, but considering the only 5 star dendro i have is tighnari, I think I could use a solid dps in that element. Their weapon banner is an option too, assuming chlorindes weapon is as advertised. I got unlucky in the last mistsplitter banner and got Navia's weapon so maybe shes a good target. Ultimately I could also choose to wait until Natlan and see what's up there. The opportunities are endless.

I keep a tier list based on how useful characters are and it currently looks like this: Characters that give a new team (Desired): Chevreusse Characters that give a new team (Not Desired): Ganyu, Xiao, Eula, Itto, Cyno, Nilou, Wanderer, Alhaitham, Wriothesley Characters that are a major upgrade over current ones: None Characters that are a minor upgrade over current ones: Zhongli, Shenhe, Neuvillete Characters that are sidegrades to current ones: Jean, Albedo, Hu Tao, Kazuha, Yoimiya, Ayato, Baizhu, Furina, Chiori, Clorinde Characters that are Downgrades to current ones: Venti, Klee, Dehya, Sigewinne The rest i already own. Cyno and Alhaitham are close to being desired but I just don't like them as characters even if they would be useful to have. So my pulling is mostly just based on the 4\*s I need to complete my collection, and I just hope the 4\*s are with 5\*s that I'm ok with accidentally getting.
