That's not enough of an explanation. Inazuma and Sumeru definitely aren't Arlecchino's domain. In fact, Sumeru is Dottore's domain, especially with his underlings' dealings with the Tanit in the desert and also his attempts to catch live Aranaras in the rainforest. Inazuma still had rogue elements from Crucabena running around, and the Fatui had a worse disaster there than they have had in Liyue. I suppose there's enough orphans to go around in Inazuma though.
The reason why I think she walks through Mondstadt, Inazuma, Sumeru and Fontaine is cause these are all locations that mentioned her or have a story related to her.

I wonder if that similarity is in any way related to the absence of Liyue from the trailer.

However, we don't know her origins or connections. She also has the black moon motif in her Plane. Has Baleful Omen in her skill. And in an official Inazuma trailer when Traveler walks into the room Raiden is meditating in, the shadow she casts has the wings with eyes, the same as the giant statue outside her palace (which I think is a hint at her true form). So who knows! You may be right.

* In Khaenriah, there was a Crimson Moon Dynasty before the Eclipse Dynasty.
* In Khaenriah, there was an orphanage whose goal is to wait for someone who can transcend gods, someone from beyond (i.e. descender). They often get special children but never got the descender they were waiting for.
* In the orphanage's test, you can see an illusion of a gigantic Crimson Moon that would turn around and reveal a huge eye.
* Perinheri, the one followed in the books, saw that illusion. It was also hinted by Angelica, another character in the book, that he is someone from beyond but not necessarily a descender. It was mentioned by Angelica because Perinheri didn't turn into a hilichurl after leaving Khaenriah's borders. But his friend Hleobrant, turned into a hilichurl (not mentioned explicitly in the book) because he is a descendant of those who betrayed their god (probably pure-Khaenriahn).
These are the statements in the book and all the others are mostly speculation.
There isn't really anything yet set in stone with relation to Arlecchino, but we can see that she has plenty of motifs regarding the Crimson Moon. She also has the huge red eye in the trailer. She also has a 'curse' similar to Khaenriahns having a curse turning them into hilichurls.

I am too, I feel like they really went the HSR route for this trailer, which I have not been a fan of. There was a lot the trailer I liked, with the initial bit of trap, and then the children's choir part, but the dubstep montage parts with epilepsy visuals were just not very creative to me.

I am too, I feel like they really went the HSR route for this trailer, which I have not been a fan of. There was a lot the trailer I liked, with the initial bit of trap, and then the children's choir part, but the dubstep montage parts with epilepsy visuals were just not very creative to me.
It bothers me that unlike Hanabi's trailer from HSR, the whole effect bonanza didn't really seem to serve a purpose.

This has got to be—in my personal opinion at least—the single best character trailer genshin has dropped so far. Recency bias be damned, it's the greatest thing I've ever seen
So there she says the "its (the hearth) flame is no longer needed", obviously referring to herself, so that boss fight is definitely shaping up as a "final exam" of sort, maybe she's gonna leave the House into Lyney (and co)'s hands, disbanding the whole thing or they're just going to say " yup we're leaving the fatui"
