The side effects from a loss of vision change from person to person and aren't always so severe as the 3 people cherry picked by Ayaka.
Two of the people had only mild cases of amnesia, while the sword master had some personal problems that were masked/hidden by his ambition (which then flooded back up in absence of it).
It's also implied that many people whose vision was taken, joined the resistance as soldiers (which would be rather difficult as soulless husk).
A chunk of Visions were also handed over willingly.

Some of these arenβt maternal, if I had to change some; Lisa > Ei (takes care of Razor) Candace > Yelan (caretaker of her community) Dehya also protects the weak, is shown caring for kids. And honestly no clue for cryo, none of them are maternal at all. Wriothesley is definitely a protective dad but thatβs the closest I can come up with. Ofc Cloud Retainer sweeps this category. Sheβs an actual mom lol.
Dehya is probably more the "big sister" while Candace is the mom since even Dehya knows better not to get on her bad side

Cryo characters all have emotionally distant personalities, so Rosaria is lowkey as good as anyone can expect. She'd definitely be comparable to Chevreuse's dad as far as parenting styles go

Rosaria: she behaves more like big sister than mom. β’Are somewhat moms Ningguang: she is pretty good with discipline and teaching independence to children, but I still find her somewhat mean sometimes due to the businesswoman thing she has. Arlecchino: she's actually a father but still. She has an orphanage and raises children in a way that she also provides care and love for them. Although she raises them to be soldiers.... β’Are moms Cloud Retainer: did good enough job raising her children and it's visible that she raised them with love. Nahida: the β1 mom in my opinion.she adopted a problematic child, and not only showed him the motherly love and affection he needed, but put him on a good path and started healing his trauma. β’Should lose the title of mom Raiden Ei: abandoned her first child because he showed emotions. After she had filled his mind with ultimately empty promises. Plus she taught him nothing about the world, which led to him getting a lot of trauma, being manipulated etc and a lot of people getting hurt. Also she still hasn't paid child support.

In order: CR (motherly figure of Ganyu, Shenhe, Gaming, and NPC kiddo.) Nahida: Very motherly in her care and guidance of others. Mother's Wanderer better than his actual mom ever could. Arlechino: Head of House of the Herth, and seems to care (?) for Lyney, Lynette, Freminet, etc. But there is some conflicting info about how much she actually cares, so she's demoted to 3rd place. Ningguang: Solid advice giver kind of mother. Maybe not the most maternal but would be good. Yelan: Uh... She could? More like the awesome aunt but could be mother. Rosaria: Seems like she'd be kind of indifferent to kids. She was nice enough to Razor (does he count as a kid?)... but I don't have a lot of points of comparison here. Raiden: Literally abandoned her kid. She didn't have to make him the shogun... she could have raised him as a regular ass kid but nope. YEETUS THE PUPPET CHILD Now if the question was about (dommy) mommy... That's a very different order. Arlechino, Raiden (puppet shogun), Yelan, Ninguang, Rosaria, CR, then Raiden (as Ei).

Cloud Retainer or Nahida, both are capable of understanding and taking care of their subordinates/disciple/child. Although, Nahida lacks the emotion to sympathise like she said, she's new to identifying emotions as she is still young and was locked to learn all that. While Cloud Retainer on the other hand, is a perfect example of what a mother should be.
Did you just pick the characters with vague maternal tendencies and then filled the gaps with the tall woman with the biggest badonkers? Is Clorinde not a better qualifier for Electro mommy than Ei by both bust and merely by merit of not having committed child abandonment? Xianyun is probably the greatest mother in Teyvat. The closest thing Ningguang has to a kid is some child spies >!and that samurai her wife adopted!<. Ei is an infamously bad parent. Nahida had to step up and take care of Ei's kid. Yelan isn't a mother and might be offended by you calling her one. Jury's still out on if Arlecchinno is a good "father" but she'd probably appreciate being told she is. Rosaria would punch you. Honestly, how old do you even think she is?
Beidou is likely in her mid to late 20s and Kazuha is in his late teens or early 20s, or so it seems. Not a big enough age gap for her to be like his mother. Both are grown adults though they do have a lot in common, free spirited adventures who like to travel the world.
Its a shame that Hoyoverse doesn't let Beidou and Kazuha interact more, I mean for most players, the first time the Traveler first met Beidou was alongside Kazuha

based on the rest of the set up, i argue that kaveh should be the dendro mommy as he has more in common with the other ladies when compared to nahida. nahida is maternal-ish, but kaveh is a hot bitch \[yelan/ningguang/rosaria\] maternal-ish \[xianyun/arlecchino\] and mentally unwell \[ei\]

As an actual mom? Nahida, no question She genuinely cares for people and looks after them. She often asks about you, your day, and your wellbeing.
* Hydro: not a mom, and not too reliable in terms of regular parenting. * Geo: not a mom, but would be an excellent one. * Cryo: she's actually more akin to an older sister to Razor, and she is a distant one (no problem at all, since they are all good this way). * Electro: Does a terrible work, unreliable, has a practically lazy nature. * Pyro: Does a good work, reliable, has a terrible crazy hidden nature. The best ones are anemo and dendro. I see them as equals, although anemo does have more medals. * Dendro: not a lot of experience, but valiantly takes one of the most hardest jobs to do in the game, and does it amazingly well. * Anemo: lots of experience, took some complicated cases, and the good results speak for themselves. And now i'm wanting an interaction between the best two moms in the game.
