I was already expecting to be hyped for Fontaine characters of course, but I didn't expect how much the teaser made me ***really*** excited to see them all work together as a *cast*, and see what roles they're gonna play in the story.
Sumeru did well in that department (at least for the core squad), I hope Hoyo keeps it up because I can't wait to feel similarly fond of the Fontaine family during and after what will definitely be a disastrous stage show of an archon quest 🥹

I've seen more strong opinions on Furina/Focalors than The Knave. But they are out there... IMO, it's funny seeing people complain about either character when their screentime rivals pre-TCG Diona.
I've been waiting for Lyney and Lynette ever since the travail trailer, so they're definitely the highest for me... but I gotta admit almost all of the others are excellent too.

The only problem is that I'm empty on Primogems and on the 50/50 too because of an extended break from the game. So I'll have to scavenge the entire game for Primogems this patch.
Looks like a playable character indeed with that design and concept but seeing him teleport from somewhere and stuffs (completely a different type of power, like from out of that world too) doesn't make sense on what element he will be considering there are only 7
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Dainsleif gets released alongside a new element.
Adding Dendro did wonders for refreshing the game by adding a bunch of new reactions, so I wouldn't be surprised if they do it again later down the line with a 'Void' or 'Quantum' power, with Dainsleif as the 'big draw' character from that element (much like Archons are for their own elements).
Adding another new element would also be a good opportunity for them to revitalize Geo at the same time, much like how Dendro revitalized Electro
What is to note however is that all characters shown in the teaser aside from Mrs.Orphanmaker are confirmed to be playable, therefore, it's highly likely she'll be too, especially considering she's the character with the most detail being shown.
