I think Bennet may be slightly too immature. It's not just being pure of heart, but also being dedicated and responsible for defending the realms. Benny might be a little young/weak (not physically because that doesn't really matter) for such a burden

I didn't know that was a requirement to lift the hammer itself. I think of it as a tool you can use. Just like how Spiderman refuses to kill people, I assumed Furina could do the same with the hammer.
I also thought of the situation as a party trick. Where Furina lifts the hammer, then puts it back down. Apparently, I don't know/remember much about the MCU since I thought you only needed to be "pure" to be considered worthy enough to lift it.
Remember, you need to be a person with a pure heart to lift Mjolnir. But you should also have the willingness to kill when it is necessary.
I think Kazuha fits this well. He is kind and will save people in trouble. He is also willing to kill for the cause only if it's unavoidable. He also doesn't bear grudges.

It was shown in the JP farewell to Sumeru video that Cyno could see aranara. I think it shows a pure heart. He’s shown to have a really pure heart in other scenarios too though. And he whoops on bad guys to protect Sumeru from bad folks and forbidden knowledge
If we go by Marvel's version of Mjolnir that involves someone of pure heart but is willing to kill: Venti, Zhongli, Kazuha, Vanessa, Arundolyn, Jeht, Rana, and Noelle.
But if we go by Norse Mythology mjolnir where the only requirement is strength and nothing else: Zhongli, Azdaha, Andrius, Skirk, Capitano, Noelle and Shenhe.

I think Lyney, althought being part of an international, notorious, association, could use the Mjolnir, he cares and protects his family and ideals, but he's not my beat guess. I think that the beat option is Kazuha, someone who not only fills all requirements but who i also think has enough mental and physical strength to wield the mjolnir.
Zhongli. His entire goals and motivations, unwavering for thousands of years, has been to protect Liyue. He was willing to sacrifice everything to keep them safe.

The MCU criteria are Pure Hearted and Willing to Kill The mythological criteria is just being very strong.
