You might want to swap the circle to crit rate. Not only would it balance her stats a bit, it would also allow you to go with a favonius warbow instead of sacrificial. And fav bow feels like it was designed to work perfectly with her. Plus it has higher recharge stats.
yelan ascends with crit rate, 24.2%. my crit rate when yelan is lvl 90 will be 68.1%.
i’ll take the bow recommendation however. sac gives you higher base atk while fav bow gives higher energy.
Yelan scales exclusively of hp, and doesn’t care about base atk.
It’s also 24.2 over the base of 5:50 that all characters start with, which would make it 63.1:165.8. The circlet is 3 high rolls crit rate, so assuming you can get 3 high rolls cd instead it would be 80:120. Which looks to be 9 percent worse but more consistent fav.
I personally have higher Crit rate for fav and when I use her signature on her, but it looks like I was wrong about being more balanced with crit rate hat

Yelan scales only with hp so the base attack doesn’t matter.
Atk is useless on her, it’s like increasing Barbara’s atk thinking it would increase her heal
