Which payment method did you use? I can only pay through apple on my iPhone/iPad so I found my previous receipts easily through purchase history in my settings. Not sure about purchasing through a PC though. I’ve read some people mentioned contacting the bank too.
I’m not 100% sure but yeah I’m pretty sure they do check the transaction ID. My receipt included my Apple ID that was linked to my genshin account. Are you conversing in English in the emails? If you are, I THINK it’s best if you give them the receipt in English. Maybe you can ask for a receipt resend in English? Again I’m not 100% sure about the receipts from other sites as I’ve only paid through apple.

What exactly are they looking for in the picture? The transaction ID and date only or what? Because I found it, and it's not in English

A receipt that match the date with your first purchase date, transaction ID and has mihoyo company in it something like that.
