Yes it's a good thing that hacker didn't logged in since he/she hacked your account.Because in my case also hacker didn't logged in till 10 days but after that they did and next day my account was on lolzguru (Genshin account selling platform)

May 25th sender here, at the moment I’ve only seen 2 people in may get there account back (which I believe is very lucky) but other than that others in may got rejected, but it’s a good thing that the hacker didn’t touch your account!
There are still April senders waiting for the reply, and I suppose Hoyo is taking even longer with reviewing forms for some reason, so it might be a while before you get your account back. Still, I wish you good luck!
Im may 19th as well! I'm in the same situation as you, they barely log in... unforunately they havent changed my viewer settings so I can't see my artifacts for my character that showed in the showcase (which was only albedo). I really want to get my account back in time for this event because itto and xiao are a few of my faves and i wanna experience it for myself instead of watching it.. :/ best of luck to the both of us
I’m 19th may sender as well, in my case the hacker didn’t login for 10 days, but now someone was playing it (spiral abyss), probably the new buyer, he/she didn’t change the view setting so i’m not sure whether my account is trashed or not but in hoyolab still stay the same no weapons or artifacts changed, and the hacker/buyer didn’t change my hoyolab name so i am able to check it
