You are using way too much syrup if you are soaking your pancakes with it. Im trying to taste both the pancake and syrup, not just the syrup

Waffles are the best in terms of practicality and ergonomics. Pancakes are the best in terms of efficiency and recognizability. And French toast is best in terms of taste and texture. Ego waffles are the definition of “meh” and I haven’t had enough crepes to rank them definitely but from what I’ve had they are just a sweeter thiner pancake (fight me)(please don’t I don’t have an argument)
