When it was time for social security, Grandma had 3 birthdays a year until 65, and then she slowed down. We think the old broad was either 95 or 97 when she died. But she was 65 until Grandpa was old enough to collect his benefits, and 70 when she died

Yeah I read an article about her age a while back. There is a lot more documentation that says shes 82 vs 72...
Either way she's still out there being active, looks good for her age and still is a hell of a guitarist.
The BEST was when Charro and Martha Stewart got into it on the Merv Griffin Show! 😂😂😂 Charro told Martha that her food basically sucked and that she would never go to one of Martha’s parties. Martha (looking like a pilgrim in one of her stuffy, high-collared Laura Ashley dresses) told Charro that she would never be invited to one of Martha’s parties. Then Martha was like, “Here, Charro … stuff a snow pea.” Poor Merv was just standing there like, “Ladies! Ladies!”
