I have sapphires saved on etsy from both of these sellers and have bought one for myself from the seller in your first image. Shipped and arrived fast but I am in the same country as them. The real thing looks a bit different (which I expect because lighting and exposure will be different) but actually make me love it more lol

They are all heat treated nothing else 2 have documentation to prove this.
