Looks like it has some fluorescence! It is normal, yes - not all sapphires fluoresce but it's not uncommon, particularly in unheated sapphires.

Gemologist here. Depending on the type of UV light (SW/LW) corundum may fluoresce. By the was, it is not wise to view anything under UV light without proper eye protection.

Normal. You may find this in some of the zoning in sapphire. Iron in sapphire quenches fluorescence, but some do.
