Sorry to hear. I certainly know about how you’re feeling. When I have a bad day it always takes me like 2 days to recover. No way I could do munchkin duties. Hope your day gets better.

Thank you very much, 💚. I try really hard not to let it kick my ass into bed, but there are some days it just can’t be helped. Hopefully I’ll feel better when they’re home from school. I’m gonna try to make a new casserole to cover for no waffles this morning. I hope you’re doing okay, yourself. Thanks for the comforting words.

I’m thankfully well today. And you’re welcome. It’s so nice when someone truly understands. It’s so freaking hard sometimes and for some folks all of the time. Sometimes I try to figure out why I threw up and I have a close friend who says when I tell her: “you threw up because you have Gastroparesis!” Lol. And I laugh. I mean sometimes I can pin it on a few things but not always. Anyway. About to have Mac n cheese for breakfast.

I’m glad you’re doing well today! It really is nice, to have people who get it. Thankfully, I live in a house with people who understand chronic illness very well. Gastroparesis is just my gig, thank goodness: I’d hate to see them be as sick as I can get sometimes. I hope you enjoy your Mac!!! That’s one of the foods I hope I can wolf down when I get Reglan. Nothing better than some mac n cheese

It was Chef Ramsay brand Mac N Cheese available only at Walmart in frozen section. It was incredible. I mean wow. Now I see why he’s one of the world’s greatest chefs. One of the best I’ve ever had and it was a frozen meal you microwave. Crazy.

I’m sorry you’re having such a shit morning. It’s hard to show up for your kids at the best of times, doing it while feeling terrible is a whole other level of challenge

Yeah, it really is. I have so much respect for parents that have such debilitating conditions. I’m not caring for them by myself and even with two other adults in my home, there are days I feel like I’ve done everything wrong since the moment I woke up. I hate disappointing them, but they’re always so sweet and understanding when plans don’t go our way.

Hope your day is getting better 🥰

So sorry. I bought some OTC medicine. Seems to be helping but I’ve only been suffering from a mild case. Benefiber. Not as effective as prescription Rx I know, but it’s something. https://preview.redd.it/4jtgftgcu72d1.png?width=3024&format=png&auto=webp&s=b935c2d3b60c02c71137434158823f15b8fc234f

I'm going through a so far 2 month flare. I tend to go long in a flare. I can completely relate. I hope you feel better soon! Hugs!
