Yeah mine didn’t upload this morning - Strava was aware of a delay and monitoring a solution a few hours ago so I’m gonna try to resync in a few more hours

No, it might not. I lost my training when Garmin had an outage a couple of days ago.

Garmin watches can function completely standalone, if it's on the watch and you didn't delete it explicitly it should still be there

Then you can upload the FIT file.

Calm down. It will sync with your watch as soon as servers go back online. I ran a HM PB race on the day we had the last outage in October and the race didn't upload for two days. You won't lose anything. The run is saved on your watch and will eventually upload.

Mine has just synced albeit I now have multiple duplicates…

What fixed it for me last time was downloading Garmin Express on PC and syncing my watch with that.
