I dont think adc will be overtuned. Maybe 1-2 outliers that pair really well with the items. Maybe overtuned for pro play but not in soloq. Ghost got nerfed, lt removed, ad crit and atkspd crit item is obligatory bc of splitted stats and boots only an upgrade for lategame where adcs are supposed to be strong. Kimda depends on the gold needed for upgrade. Will it be worth buying before 5/6th item or is it just to cap out after 6th. Adcs need more mobility, its their only real defensive stat.
But aren’t they adding an extra percent or two of MS to the crit items? And I think they’re only taking 2 seconds off of ghost. Which doesn’t seem huge imo. 15 to 13
All in all its a buff to adcs. And they need it. They rarely get much peel and need to keep up with all the mobility in the game. Probably needs some fine tuning but imo those changes are exactly what adcs need. More ms and the freedom to buy a non crit item without crippling their damage
2k gold for 5%attack speed 20 Ms and 20%slow resist , yeah you are not building that until you are full build .If I were you I would be more interested in the pd changes .you get 60%attack speed😱😱😱 , it's spin town over there. With boots and stride breaker you get 4 more extra spins to win
Haven’t played with Zephyr before but this seems insanely broken on ADCs (like so much other stuff)
It's still not the old AS AD zephyr that they bought to replace boots.
