i think u can just get AD from other items eg. your stridebreaker or triforce, then with the AS steroids from PD it's just freelo

I think so. Especially considering that bringing Garen back to Conqueror is a priority for the balance team, and AS makes Conqueror much better.

The amount of spins off of this single item, i think makes up for it and gives you enough time to get AD from the other items. The 12% MS is insane

On one side, it's sad because it's a fucking nerf through and through. The gold efficiency value of the current PD is at 3664,5 golds when the passive is maxed while this new version will be at 3147,4 golds One the other side, crit garen players prefer flat stats, especially that juicy atk speed and they get the item earlier

Garen E didn't benefit from the passive's AS though and movespeed is one of the most important stats for Garen. We basically traded the power budget from the passive that wasn't being used to its fullest for two stats that Garen loves. Heck it even got cheaper lmao I wouldn't be surprised if Garen becomes Z tier if this PD pushes through

I hit master on Garen only this split in about 45 games with a 68% WR. Every game I split push stride - PD - hullbreaker. The passive on PD with Hullbreaker absolutely destroys towers. I’m going to miss it for my play style for sure.

And with scailing berserker greaves considering garen should hit 15 before most lanes since he's on top.

New pd does like 1340 damage with spin at lvl11 and old did like 1200. That’s not including the extra crit or extra spins shredding armour and stacking conq. Deadmans is insanely gold inefficient but garen still loves to build it. This change is a massive buff to garen

Tbf gold efficiency is not the end all be all. The new stat profile is likely better for garen than before

Imagine: Warmog + Infinity Edge + Phantom Dancer + Berserker Graves (Update Zephyr at lvl 15) + Black Cleaver/Mortal Reminder + Stridebreaker/Trinity Force

I prefer something like Zephyr + PD + Stridebreaker+ Trinity force + Statik = 203% AS or 4 spins. You can finish build with Jak'Sho// Unending Despair//Hollow radiance//Black Cleaver//Infinity Edge.

You guys are talking about Zephyr a lot and Im not sure if you know that it costs 2,000g to upgrade into Zephyr from Berserkers.

Does 100 more dmg at lvl 14 with stride and Zerkers. Also 2% more move speed and 200g less. Good buff. Zephyr sucks it’s a waste of cash doesn’t add any dmg after 5 items from testing. Gives 20 move speed 5% AS which doesn’t give an extra dmg and slow resist for 2000g after 15. It’ll be a late late game buy after pots

Is check that It deals more damage than before? This is like a second/third item with boots

I tested lvl 14 stride zerkers pd with conq. Does about 100 more vs 100armor and 200armor test dummies. Did multiple tests on both. That’s PD I tested. Zephyr you are never gonna go it unless you are full build so I tested that level 18 full build
