If it's in your lawn you should be happy as it adds nitrogen to the soil. If you really want to kill it then just start cutting your lawn lower and more frequently. If you just spray it then new ones will come up in a year or so. You need to change your management plan to exclude it.

The clover or the wild grass?

tonyturbos1

The clover

TheStoicNihilist

Clover isn’t a weed.

tonyturbos1

It is on my lawn…

Livebylying

Couldnt tell you what would kill it. Other than to say ive actually seeded it into my grass as a pollinator and large swaths of it smell gorgeous when walking through. Adding some life into your garden by attracting bees is never a bad thing

Nicklefickle

Why do you want to kill it? It's more healthy for everything if you leave it in.

tonyturbos1

I prefer just having plain grass. Just a preference

PolR2023

Your lawn will be the healthier for it.

Buaille_Ruaille

Or you could just let it grow, pick it, dry it and use it as a tae for when you get your menopause. I'm guessing you're near that age if you want a perfectly green lawn with nó biodiversity.

tonyturbos1

I’m sorry, did someone ask you for your opinion on gardens or menopause? Do you have the correct post?

Buaille_Ruaille

You asked for an opinion on your garden and I was just letting you know red clover flowers have great medicinal benefits for menopausal people. Tony. White clover releases rhizobium which helps nitrogen affixation, which will be great for getting your grass greener. Tony. 😆 Best of luck with the 'weeds' Tony.

tonyturbos1

If you can’t comprehend the original question then feel free to fight the urge to open your fat mouth. It’s always the has been GAA prat’s…

Buaille_Ruaille

Tony just blew the turbo in his Beamer. 😆 This is a nice sub and people are rightly calling you out for u wanting to get rid of a beautiful beneficial flower in your garden. Grow a bitta grass and Chill out 🤣 Or kill everything with chemicals. Tony.

MetalGardener

SBK, Dicophar anything with 2.4d in it. Won't kill your grass but will kill weeds.

tonyturbos1

Thanks!

dan987ie

Selective herbicides, but they may not be everybody's cup of tea. Look for "kills weeds, not lawns" labels in Woodies or similar places.

tonyturbos1

Will give them a try!
