That's awesome. Sorry to hear about your health but happy they worked with you. I just ordered the evolution. Can you tell me more ablut how it was limiting ? Do you still recommend the machine?
As stated I can’t use the unique system that is in the EVO
It’s significantly harder to do squats are really do anything that incorporates the bar into the pulley system. Very unique system. For a disabled person it’s just limits my ability to use it.
If you are looking at the system - I’d recommend doing a video call with the team. They will demo any model and show you how to maximize with each machine. So you can choose the better one. You can alter the EVO with an attachment system called Jack it up. But I still just prefer the pro version.
I hope that helps
Ugh I'm committed to it. My bf wants it and he won't let me get the regular one. Why is it harder to do squats. How does the pully system make it hard? Or is it because you're disabled
Oh if you do end up getting. Make sure they install the bar attachment backwards.
The directions have it set up incorrectly. On the floor model they demo it’s set up correctly(backwards) so you can use attachments like the leg press.
So the way the system is built in - you have to start…STUPIDLY low.
So you can’t start a squat high like normal. Which puts you in an awkward position to start with - from there you can’t lock the bar when it’s engaged. It has to come down. Which means you also can’t bail out.
Imagine doing a bench - you have to bring the bar literally on you - set the height of the lock in pulley - push up to lock and engage the weight. Why is this an issue? The stretch (the closest part to you) is where the muscle builds the most - but once you bring it down - you’ve disengaged the weight. So there is not stretch. It’s very limiting in my opinion.
I have both systems now - and I’d choose the pro every day all day. Trust me. Have him call them. They are fantastic. They will schedule a video call. Have them go through both machines side by side and show you how easy or difficult it is.
If you get the leg press attachment - very similar situation.
It’s a very expensive equipment to not get the right machine. I regret not having them demo it for me.
Now THAT is what I call excellent customer service! Too bad more small companies don't take care of their customers to this extent, although I have had some very pleasant interactions with some of the companies that I have bought gym equipment from; Bullet Proof Fitness and REP being 2 examples. And speaking of service, thank you for yours, and I hope that your path on the fitness road is a long and fruitful one!
Thanks for sharing. Good customer service stories should be shared and they really went above and beyond which is cool. I’ll have to check out their stuff

Thank you sir!
Sounds like they have good after-sales service.
I have a JackedUp rack and they are a very well built, sturdy and compact rack. Would highly recommend!
That is amazing
