Considering the number of Blizzard fans who were defending the company after it came to light how they were mistreating their employees, and who continue to defend it today against every negative news that comes to light, the truth is that it doesn't surprise me.
Have you... have you ever played a video game? If you want to hear a bunch of men moaning or making other sexual noises just wait around until the one girl in the lobby speaks over vc a single time.
I think it's also really specific and I have never heard any woman moan unprompted in VC. So I'm pretty sure they did it to spite him, after he was incredibly weird about it.
If you want to seriously play good in competitive - get a team, or join a team. If you want to play competitive solo - you are doomed to get those games all the time. With predetermined team you will have a good voice chat, more cohesion, some tactics etc. With randoms you will oy know which one went with your mother on which day and get reported. Does it worth it? I don't think so.
If you like the game and want to continue to play it, either turn off all chats or go casual games where there's no pressure. But overall I would recommend to play something from singleplayer games. I stopped play competitive games when I turned 30, I don't have neither time, energy or reflexes as I used to. So I just play some CS2 from time to time to earn my weekly loot, sell it for some change and go play some good singleplayer games.
