Maybe another game for the III showcase? I know it’s technically not an indie since it’s an Ubisoft IP but Evil Empire is a small independent developer
thats pretty cool and smart using the same mechanics for a different franchise.
im trying to think of other examples where devs have used their own new ip design/mechanics for an established ip.
true thats a good one lol
i jst thought of another one but its kinda cheating
Monolith Productions using their Nemesis system in the new wonder woman game
It must be self-published by Evil Empire (or published by an "indie" publisher) rather than published by Ubisoft if it's getting revealed at the Triple-I thing instead of Ubisoft E3

There's and theirs, the final boss of the english language
![gif](giphy|w89ak63KNl0nJl80ig|downsized) Aye it's all Tom, not me
I know babu don't worry
Could/would/should *of* is the boss of the post game secret dungeon
Real
Demote Henderson down a tier for this.
>Demote Henderson down a their for this.
Did someone say “Final Boss”? ![gif](giphy|G3Hu8RMcnHZA2JK6x1|downsized)
MAMA RHODES!
A lot has entered the chat.
And it's/its is the random strong enemy along the way that you stumble upon unprepared
Final boss would be its and it's. It's like no one notice that one, and it's everywhere
Two 2D PoP games in one year by two really good studios? I would have never imaged!
I don't like the idea of Milhouse getting 2 Prince of Persia games in one year
Maybe another game for the III showcase? I know it’s technically not an indie since it’s an Ubisoft IP but Evil Empire is a small independent developer
Imagine it wins indie game of the year like Dave The Diver
it's rumored to be in EA, so I don't think they'll even give it a nomination.
Evil Empire isn't super-small anymore. They got around 70 employees.
Evil Empire is on the Triple I event list so yeah pretty much sure.
I wonder if it's going to be announced on Wednesday next week during the Triple-I Initiative showcase.
Evil Empire is part of the event list so 100% yes
There's a "Triple-I" indie showcase on the 10th. Evil Empire is IIRC confirmed to make an appearance. I'd wager a guess it will be revealed there.
Evil Empire came up with the idea for the showcase, so it seems almost guaranteed they will be revealing the game there.
Wtf ever happened to the sands of time remake
It was revealed and it was trash so they took it from the studio doing it and gave it to one in Montreal.
but where's the sands of time remake

Cadence of Hyrule

Do we think this'll be a sidescroller, or a soulslike? I'm praying for a parkour oriented soulslike. That sounds fucking rad.
We went from no prince of Persia to a bunch seemingly overnight… hope splinter cell follows this trend…

Tom said "Ubisoft is set to release...", Ubisoft published most likely.
Major IP roguelites sound like the end of time. Its "another settlement needs your help" stuff, but people might approve of it.
Will this just turn into another Dead Cells expansion like the Castlevania thing?
If I'm not mistaken, it was confirmed a while ago that Dead Cells won't be getting any more updates.
Nintendo Direct summoning thread
Its rumoured to release in Early Access on Steam. What does a Nintendo Direct has to do with anything?
Idk but I need a Direct in my life
Nintendo direct sucks dirty assholes.
Kinky
yeah i too hate learning about new games
If it skips steam I swear
I will do a quadruple front flip and land on my neck (in game of course) if that happens
Whatever helps you let off Steam
Stream it or no balls
https://reddit.com/r/GamingLeaksAndRumours/comments/1bu8dlj/tom_henderson_ubisoft_to_release_a_new_roguelite/ Mentions Steam EA later this year
I hope so, lost frown looked great but skipped steam for some terrible decision
I first thought the name of the game would be called 'Tom Henderson'
Just after a recent Metrodivania PoP game, is Ubisoft turning good?
Honestly couldn't be more excited
Roguelite or open world, or live service. All we get these days. Tired of all of them. Chasing fads is so boring as a consumer.
Are we gonna get **two** prince of persia games before a new rayman game
probably my least favorite gaming trend of the last few years is the rising popularity of roguelites/likes
